WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte deems it
advisable to sell the following surplus property, to wit:

A portion of north half of the northeast quarter of Section
31, T19N, Rl,.E, M.D.M., more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast carner of said Section 31; thence

NOW, TIIER.EFORE, TT IS RESOLVED that i-E is the intention of this
Board to sell the aforementioned property at a min~mum price of ~3,200.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that on the llth day of Ju1y, 1978 at
11:00 a.m., a public mee~ing of the Board of Supervisaxs of the County of
Butte will be held at the regular place of ineeting of said Board, at which
time proposals to purchase wil.l be received and conszdered.
