WHEREAS, the Boarfl of Supervisors of the County o#' Butte deems it
advisable to sell the following surplus proper~y~ to wit:
CONi'ROL N0. 10
A portion of' the north half of Section 31, T19N, R/+E,
NIDB&.M more particularly described as f'ollows:
Commencing at the north quarter corner of said Section 31;
thence along the east line of the northwest quarter of
Section 31 SOaQ2~/~.l"E, L~82.56 £eet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGZNNING; thence leaving said east line of the northwest
q~arter of Section 31 N63°4.~~o~."E, 81.21 feet to a point
of cusp with a non-tangent curve concave to the sautheast
having a radius o£ 330.00 £eet said point being on the
westerly line of Baggett-Nfarysville Ftoad (as said road
existed January 1, 1978); thence southerly along the arc
of said curve, through a central angle of 32°L~8~08~~, a
distance of 188.93 feet to a point (radial line to said
curve at this point bears Ng~.~26~31"W); thence S36°26~38'~W,
32.02 feet to a point on the northerly line of Ophir Road;
thence westerly along the arc of a non-tangent 1550.00
foot radius c~zrve, concave to the south (radial line to
said cuxve at this point bears NL~°1.1~02"E), through a
central angle oY 7~Oi7~42E~ a distance of 192.8/~ fee-E -Eo
the east line of that certain parcel o£ land conveyed
to David M. Nfiller et a1 by the County of Butte on
February 21, 1978; thence along said east ~.ine NOo02'41"W,
5g.02 feet; thence N63°4g'04EFE~ 232.48 feet to the east
lin~ of the northwest quarter of said Section 31 and the
POI~1T OF BEGINNING,
Containing an area of 0.599 acre, more or 1ess.
Reserving therefrom a flowage easement for natural and
drainage wa~ers over and across ~Ghe above described parcel.
Reserving from the above described parcel a public utili.ty
easement over, under, across and through the property
described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is the intention of this
Board to sell the aforementioned property at a minimum price of ~800.
TT IS FCJRTHER I~.ESOLVED that on the 1.lth day of Ju1y, 197$ at
11:00 a.m., a public mee-~ing of the Board of Supervisors of the County of

Butte will be held at the regular place of inee~ing of said Board~ at which
time proposals to purchase will be received and considered.
