NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the E.~ecutive Directar of ~pecial Pragrams was au.thorized to subma.t the attached appZ.~- cation fo~r grant funds i~nder Title Tr~ of the Old~r Amerxcans Act for purposes of providing s~nior services in Butte Caunty and .~s au~thorized ~o execute on beha~.f of the County of But~e the attached grant award contract ~.ncluda~ng any extens~.ons or amendments th~reof. BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that casts identified fo~ f~scal r~an- '~agement in the above mentioned project, shall be supplied by the I~Butte County Auditor's Off~.ce at na cos~t ta the grant f~.nds re- ceived in support of this project.
