WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 75-103 a bid was rece9ved on
the property described ~herein at the minimum price as set forth in said
resolut~on on July ~1, T978; and
WHEREAS, Gerald N. de Roco has deposited with t~e County
Treasurer $3,800, ~ota1 purchase price.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED ~hat the Chairman of this Board
be authorized to sign the attached quit claim deed to aforesaid
Gerald ~. de Roco covering the real property described in the aforementioned
Resolution Ho. 78-103 and is also described in the attached deed,
BE IT FURTWER RESO~VED that the County Administrat9ve Officer is
hereby directed to record said deed and forward to Gera]d N. de Roco.
