WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 78-104 a bid was received
on the property described therein at the minimum price as set forth in
sa~d resolution on July 11, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Gerald N. de Roco has deposited with the County 7reasurer
$2,100, total purchase price.
~OW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVE~ that the Cha9rman of this Board be
authorized to sign the attached quit claim deed to aforesaid Gerald N. de Roco
covering the real property described in the aforementioned Resolution No.
78-104 and is also deser~bed in the attached deed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLUED that the County AdminSstrative Officer is
hereby directed to record said deed and forward to Gerald ~. de Raco.
