WMEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 78-105 a bid was received on
the property deseribed therein at the minimum price as set forth in said
resolution on July 11, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Gerald N. de Roco has deposited with the County Treasurer
$3,200, total purchase price.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of this Board be
authorized to sign the attached quit claim deed to aforesaid Gera~d N. de Roco
covering the real property described in the aforementioned Resolution
Na. 78-105 and is also described in the attached deed.
BE IT F~RTHER RF50LVED that the County Administrative Officer is
hereby directed to record sa~d deed and forward to Gerald N. de Roco.
