to Streets and Hzghways Code §956.8, has declared its inrention to
abandon a public ~ighway described in Exhibit "A" a~~ached hereto
and made a part hereof; and -
WHEREAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code §958
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on fhe inrention to
abandon said public highway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tha~s Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at i.~s
regular meeting on. September 19 , 1978, at _ti~0:00 a.m.,
in the Soard Chambers, Butte County Administration ~uildi.ng,
Oroville, California, a hearing sha7~~ be held on the abandonment
of the publi.c highway described in Exhibi~ "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
ta the provisions of Streets and Highurays Cod.e §958.
