WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, i962, a Cash
Difference Fund was established by Resolution No. 62-105, pursuanf
to Government Code §29370; and
WHEREAS, the treasurer has, pursuant to Government Code
§29377, applied for replenish~ent of said fund; and
WHEREAS, said treasurer has itemized each cash def_icit
in his application for replenishment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that the County Auditor
shall draw on his special warrant in the sum of $198.3I on the
General Fund o£ the.~ounty of Butte to replenish the Cash Difference
Fund, payable to the County Treasurer and Tax Collector.
