RESOLUTION INTERPRETING RESIDENTIAL US~

FOR UP TO SIX CHILDREN
WHEREAS, resider-tial zones do not allow the operation of
day care facilities; and
W#~IEREAS, ~he Board of Supervisors recognizes the critical
need for day care tacil.ities in the County.
NOW, fiHEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVEB by the Bu~Ce County Board
of Supervisors:
1. 'Fhis Board defines residential use to inClude day
care facilities for up to six children.
