WEI~REAS, a portion of Concow Road is no longer necessary or required for I
'~ road purposes; and
WH~REAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code, 5ection 960.1, the
I Board finds that a portion of Concow Road should be sumcnarily vacated,
NOW, T~iEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
~ County of Butte, State of Californxa, as follows:
The followi.ng-descra,bed port~on of Concow Road is hereby summarily
~ vacated and abandoned pursuanti to S~reets and Highways Code Section 960,1:

Commencing at the southeast corner of Section 21, T22N', R4E, M.D.~.&M.;
thence N83°3J.'06"W along ~he south line of said Section 2I, 3b5.03 fee~; thence
leaving said south line N6°2$'S4"E, 43.66 feet to the True Point o~ Begznning;
thence S85°50'06"W, 14-8.44 fe~t to the easterly line o~ Concow Raad; thence
northerly along said easrerly line of Concow Road the following courses:
