SYSTEM SUBVENTION PROGRAM APPLICATION FOR BUTTE COUNTY
WIiEREA,S, the County Justice System Advisory Group was appoin~ed to
advise this Board on the county justice system needs, and
WI~REAS, the application for state subvention has been prepared and
approved by the Coun~q Jus~ice System Advisory Group, and
WCiEl~AS~ ~his Board has reviewed and considered this application.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resol.ved by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that the Eounty Justice ~ystem ~ubvention Program application as prepared
by the County Justice System Advisory Group is approved and adopted.
