NONSUPPI,ANTATTON OF COT3NTY FUNDS BY
THE COUNTY JUSTICE SYSTEM SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, ~he California Youth Authority has been authroized by the
legislature to review applications for participation in the County Justice
System Subvention Program, and
WHEREAS, the California Yoizth Authority requires assurances that the
state subvention will not take the place of county funds presently being
e~ended for the programs included in the funding request.
NOW, TH~REFORE be it resolved by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte that all funding requests in the County's app3.ication as
approved on September 11, 197$ are for new programs or for programs
mandated by Chapter 1071 0£ the S~atutes o~ ~976 or for programs funded
by federal man.power funds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Z9Ch d o~' tember~ 1978 by the
