BUTTE COUNTY PERSON~EL RULES
WHEREASr the BAard of Supervisors of the County of Butte finds it
ta 6e in the interest of the County to amend the Personnel Rules
NO~, THERE~ORE, ~E IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte hereby amends Section 6,lOc of the Personnel Rules of the
County of ~utte to read as fo7lows:
6.10 APPOINTMENTS
c. Extra N~1p, An appointing authority may make a temporary extra
he~p appointment when an appropriation for extra help has been
6udgeted. The notice of appointment shatl be sent to the
Personnet Director for approval. Any person employed for temporary
work shaZT meet the minimUm qualifications for the position
corresponding to the duties of work assigned. Extra help
appo~.ntroents shall not exceed (J) one year, except that the
Personnet Qfrector may approve appointments not to exceed
~t8~ eighteen months for specia3 projects or training programs.
