actively and effectively engages in the reduction of air contaminen~s
pursuant to the basin-wide air pollution control plan and related
implementing programs, and being so engaged is entitled to state sub-
vention funds pursuant to Chapter 5, Part 2, Division 26 of the
California Health and Safety Code; and
WH~REAS, the Air Pollution Control Officer of the Butte
County Air PoZlution Control District, having made an initial applica-
tion for said subvention funds for the fiscal year I978-I979 in
accordance wzth 17 Cal. Admin Code §90200(a), now desires to make a
final application for state subvention funds for the fiscal year
1978-1979 in accordance with 17 Cal. Admin. Code §90200(b); and
tidHEREAS, the Boazd o£ the Butte County Air ~ollution Contzol
Distirict desires to authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer of the
Bu~Ce Goun~y Air Pollution Co~tzol bistrict Co make a final application
for said subvention funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Air Pollution Control
Officer of the B~tte County Air Po~lution Control District is hereby
authorized to make an application for state subvention £unds ~or the
fiscal year 1978-~979 pursuant to 17 Cal. Admin. Code §90200(b) and
to sign said final app~ication on behalf of the Butte County Air
Pollution Control District.
