Frost and others requesting the abandonment of a public hzghway
(to wit, a portion of Mulberry Street) as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code §958 this
Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petitian for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on November 14 , 1978, at 10:00 a.m., in. the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, Califomia,
a hearing shall be he~.d on the abandonment of the tollowing described
public highway:
The westerly 20 feet of Mulberry Street, as delineated
upon that cextain. map entitled "Mulberry Tract, Sub-
division No. 1, VaJ.ley Syndicate Addita.on:.to Chico,
Cal." which map was filed in the office o.f_ th.e County
Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
on March i4, 1907 in Book 6 0~ I~Saps at Page 90,
commencing at the nor~h line of 21st Street, running
thence northerly a distance of 281.67 ~eet.
2. That this Resolution be posted•and published pursuant
to the provisions of Streees and Hig ode §958.
