BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of rhe County of Sutte, State

1. That sai.d County approve Progra¢~ Supplement No. 6 to master agreement
No. 03-59i2 far Federal-Aid projects in Butte County, and the Chairman af ~he
Board be author~zed to execuCe said supplement on behalf of said County.
Supplement No. b cov~rs the installation of automatic crossing protec~ion on ,
