WHEREAS, gursuant to Government Code §§50440, et s~.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOT~T, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. Tha~ fihis Board hereby gives notice that at its
regul.ar meeting on November 28 , 1~~a, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Sutte County Administration Buildi.ng, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
fo7.lowing described easement:
A1I that certain 12 foot public utility easement
~ying along the south line of Lot 47 as shown on
th.e map of "Paradise Pines Unit No. 15" recorded
in Sook 38 Maps of Record at Pages 42 and 4~+,
County of Butte, State of Califo~rnia.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Governmen.t Code §§50440 and 5fl441.
