Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on November 1~, , 1978, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and i~ appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was d~ly and regula~~y given as requxzed by ~aw, and
testimony and evidence, both oral a~d documen~arq, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Highway (ta wit, a portion of Ord Ferry
Road) is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
TdOW, Z'HER~FORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public highway situated in the County of
Sutte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described,
is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public highway so abandoned
is situated in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particuZarly described as follows:
A11 that piece or parcel of Iand being 60 feet in
widtlz and bounded as follows:
Lying 30 feet on each si.de of its centerline, said
centerline being the Iine common to Rancho Llano
Seco and Rancho de Farwell also bounded on the west
by the Sacramento River and on the east by the west
right-of-way line o~ the Ord Ferry Road as it was
approved on .Tune 30, I970, as shown on the plans on
file in Butte County Departmen.t of Public Works.
3. That the Clerk of thss Board sha11 cause a certz~ied
copy o~ this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
o~ ~he County of Butte, State of California, to be recax'ded in the o

of~ice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California. ~
