The Baar~ ot Supervisors of the Coc~nty af Butt~e
resolves:
A map en~.itled "Proposed ~ounc~aries o~ C~.ark Roaa
Assessment Districf. No. 2, Caunty of But~e, S~ate of Ca1i€ornia"
has been fi~.ed with the County C1erk.
This Board approves the map and adopts the boundaries
shown on the map as describing the extent of the territory
included in a proposea assessment district to be knowa as C7.ark
Road Assessment District No. 2, County o~ Butte, State of
Cali€ornia.
This Boarc] ~inds ~ha~ the map is in ~he form and
contains ~he matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the Cal~.fornia
Streets and Highways Code.
This Board directs the Caun'ty Clerk to certify the
adoption of this reso~ution on the face o~' the map, and ta file .a
copy of the map with the County Recorder for p3.acemen~ in the
Book of Maps o~ Assessment Dis~ricts.
