This matter came on regu.larly for hearing before the
Board o£ Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Calzfornia,
on November 28 , 1978, in tne Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regv.larly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereina~~er described Public Utility Easeraent is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORI}ERED as follows:
7.. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafter more particul.arly
described is hereby abandoned.
~ 2. That the description o~ said public uti3.ity easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more parti.cularly described as follows:
A11 that certain 12 foot public utility easement
lying aiong the south line of Lot 47 as shown on
t~fce inap of "Paradise Pines Unit No. 15" recorded
in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages 42 and 44,
