1. That this Board hereby memorial~zes tts appreciation of ineritorious

. 2. That the condolences and heartfelt sympathy of tfi~is Board be
extended to his brother and his wi~Fe, Mr, and Mrs. Robert Milk, and that ~he
Clerk of this Board forward a certified copy of this resolution to them.
