a citizen par~icipa~t~.on process in compla.an.ce w~_~h the requirements govern~ng
the programs of ~he Californ~.a Hous:ing ~'inance Agency, has desa.gnated the
Chapmantown and E~. Medio neighbarhoods as Moxtgage Ass~.s~ance areas; and
WHEREAS, tl~e Board intenc7s to enter izato an agreement wi~h ~he CF-iF`A
~o imp3ement i~ortga~;e Assista~ce Programs in those areas ~pecified; and
WI~REAS, the Board agrees ta comp~y wi.th all requirements governing
the' HomEOwnersh~p and I~ome Tmprovement Progx~a.rn o~' the Agez~cy; and
WHEREAS, the County wa.shes ~o e~end the benefits a~' the GHFA Mor~gage
Assis~ance Progr$m to all unincorporated areas.
NOW, TE-IZR.~FOR~, BE TT R.ESOLV~D AS FOLLOWS:
l. The Chapman~Eown and El Mec3~.o neS.gYzborhoods of ~he Chico and Ox~ovil~.e
areas respective~.y are forznal~y designa~ed as Mortgage Assistance axeas.
2. 'The other unincorparatec3 areas o~' tkae county are alsa designated
Mor-~gage Assistance areas.
3. The terms and conditions of ~he agreemen~s governing part~,cipat:io.n
in.the Ca~i~ornia Housing ~'inance Agency Mqr~gage Ass~.stance Progratn are accepted.
