AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 730 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1961-62.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 730 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section No, 42.1 of said Ordinance, entitled
"Insurance", Subsection No. (4), is amended to read as follows:
(4) The County shall pay ninety per cent (90%) of the premium
for coverage of the individual eligible officer or employee,
not to exceed Five and 50/100 Dollars ($5.50}, and/or seventy-
five per cent (75%) of the officer ox employee including his
family, not to exceed Twelve and 50/100 Dollars ($12.50)
per month.
2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the
date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members
voting for and against the same, once, in a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
FASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on
the 15th day of October 1963, by the following vote:
AYES: Sugervisors Alldredge, Giles, McKillop,.Pryde and Chairman 5teinegger

ABSENT: None
