AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 776 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1963«64.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 776 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
(a) That Section No. 3(B) of said Ordinance, entitled
"Salary Plan for Classified Employees", is amended to read as
follows:

2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after
the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) .
days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the
members voting for and against the same, once, in a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting thereon on
the 8th day of October , 1963, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Alldredge, Giles, McKillop, Prgde and Chairman Steinegger
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
