AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 14-2 OF THE CODE OF
BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, ENTITLED "RAILROAD
CROSSINGS"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Section 14-2 of the Code of Butte County,
California, entitled "Railroad crossings", is hereby repealed.
2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published at least once
with the names of the Supervisors voting for or against the
same in a local newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of .the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 29th day of
October, 1963, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors: Alldredge, Giles McKillop, Pryde
and Chairman "Steinegger
NOES: None
ABSENT: None Q
