2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 772, KNOWN AS
THE BUTTE COUNTY PROCEDURE FOR LAND DIVISION

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
7 California, do ordain as follows:
$ The Butte County Ordinance Adopting Procedure for Land
9 Division Other than Subdivisions, being Ordinance No. 772, is
10 hereby amended in the following respects and particulars:
11 Section 4 of said Ordinance No. 772, is hereby amended
12 to read as follows:
13 Maps. filed with the Department of Public Works shall be
14 referred to a committee composed of the Planning Director or
15 his assistant and representatives of the Department of Public
16 Works and Health Department. Meetings shall be called by the
17 Department of Public Works weekly when necessary, and action
18 taken within ten days of receipt of a proper map. Said
19 committee shall approve or disapprove the map. Should the
20 committee approve the map, the final map shall be submitted at
21 the next meeting of the Board of Supervisors for its consideration
22 If the committee disapproves the map, the owner may file an
23 appeal of the decision with the Planning Commission.
~ This Ordinance, amending Ordinance No. 772, shall take
25 effect thirty (30) days after the passage of the same, and before
26 the expiration of fifteen (15) days after such passage, this
27 Ordinance shall be published with the names of the members voting
28 for and against the same, at least once in the Biggs News
29
a newspaper published in the County
30 of Butte.
31 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
32 County of Butte, State of California, on the 12th day of
