This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the Coun~y of Bu~te, State of Californi~a,
on January 2 , 1479~, in the Board Chaznbe~s, Butte County
Administration BuiZding, Oroville, California, and zt appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearin~ of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documenfarq, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now .finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utiliry Easement is unnecesary for
present or prospective public use.
1VOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
Z. That the public uCility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as t~ereinafter more particulaZry
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of Calif_ornia,
and more particular2y described as ~ollows:
That certain 20' public utility easement as shown
on Lot 143 of the Paradise Pines Subdivision Unit
No. 5, recorded in Book 35, Maps of Record at Pages
88 through 91, County o~ Butte, State of California.
Being the easterly 20' of said Lot 143.
3. That the C1erk of this Soard shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
affice of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
