Northern Counties Association, as well as the County Sup.ervisors'

WHEREAS, Supervisor Keefer served with distir~ction as
Presfdent of ti~e Nine Northerr~ Counties Association and as Director
of the California Supervisors' Association; and
WHEREAS, this Board has been most appreciative of
Supervisor Keefer's exemplary dedication to public service and for
h~s cooperation and leadership in botF~ the Nine Northern Counties
Association and the County Supervisors' Associat~on.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLUED:
That this Board wishes to express its sincere appreciation
for the exemp7ary public service and leadership of Supervisor Keefer
and renders to him ~ts best wishes upon ~is retirement.
