RESOLUTTON IN APPRECIATION OF
SUPERVISOR BERNARO D. RICHTER
WNEREAS, Bernard ~. Richter has served the peoplE of ~he
County of Butte w3th distinction as a member of this Board from
1975 to 3979; and
WNEREAS, Bernard D. Richter served this Board and the
people of the County of Butte in a most outstanding manner as
Cha~rman of the Board of Supervisors in 1977; and
WHEREAS, Bernard D. Richter has also served on enumerable
County committees and has very ably represented the County of Butte
on CSAC and the Butte County Local Agency Formation Commission, as
we71 as other local and state commissions and commit~ees.
NOW, 7HER~FORE, BE IT R~SOLVED:
That this 8oard wishes to express its appreciatfon on its
own beha1f, as wel7 as on behalf of the people of this County, for
the outstandi~g and insp~rational service tha~ Bernard D. Richter
has rendered to this County during hzs tenure as a member of the
Board of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board nf Supervisors
this 9th day of January, 1979, by the follow~ng vote:
