State of Cal~~ornia, did, at a regular meering of said Baard on
~anuary 9, 1979, receive public comment on ~he draft non-attainment
plan prepared for the Butte County Association of Governments; and
WHEREAS, the Board has received the com~ents subm~tted on
behalf of its staff; and
WH~IZEAS, guidelines and/or model regulations fo~ the imple-
mentation o~ the Butte County non-attainmenr plan are currently being
prepared by the Sacramento Va11ey Air Basin Coordinating Council.
I~TpW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, that ~he Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, do hereby recommend that
the Butee County Assoca.ation of Goveznments adopt the non-atitainment
plan as amerided by sta~~' comments .
BE IT F[7RTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Bu~~e, State of California, in their capacity as the governing
Board of the Bu~Ce County Az.r Pollution Control. District, do hereby
commit ~hemselves to adopt, no later than July 1, 1979, and enforce
ehe guidelines and model regula~ions to be developed by the Sacramento
Valley Air Basin Coordinating Council tor the implementation of the
non-attainment plan in the area of petraleum marketing, dry cleaning,
degreasing, and nera source review.
