WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte has determined
~hat for efficient operation of the Recorder's Office of tYce County of Butte
the necessity has arisen for the establishment of a cash difference fund and
a cash overage fund; and
WHEREAS, the Govern~aent Code of the State of California, Sections 29370
et seq. provide for the establishment of such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE- BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. There is hereby established a cash difference fund for the use of
the Recorder's Office of the Coun~y of But~e.
3. The Auditor of the County of ~utte is hereby authorized and dzrected
to draw a warrant £or the sum of $G25.00 i.n favor of the Recorder's Office
of the County of Sutte.
4. Any officer or employee of the Recarder's Office of the County of
Butte who receiveg or disburses money placed in his custody shal~. render a
written report at the close of each business day~ setting forth the exact sum
of any cash deficit or overage in his account for that day. The County
Becorder of the County of Butte sha11 immediately reimburse a cash deficit
reported to him provided, however, '~he reimbursement sha].l not exceed the
amount of cash difference fund.
5. The County Recorder of the County of Butte immediately upon.report
to him of a cash overage shall deposi~ said overage in cash overage fund.
6. At the end of each fiscal year the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte shall transfer any money in the cash overage fund to the
County General Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
