41HEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on January 31, 19'7S, pursuant
to California WeJ.fare and Institutions Code Section I7009, adopted
Resolu~ion No. 78-21, a Resolution amending Indigent Burial Schedule o~
Fees; and
WHEIiEAS, it is necessary to further amend the znfligent burial
schedule of fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, Sta~e of California, that the amended indigent burial
schedule o~ fees a~~ached hereto as Exhibit °A" is hereby adoptea on behalf
of this Board to become effective January 1, 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Supervisors this 30
day of January , 7.979, by the following vote: .
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Mosefey, 1Nheeler, Winston and Chairman Lemke
