SYSTEM SUBVENTION PROC~RAM APPLICAZ`ION FdR BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS~ the County Justice System Advisory Group was appointed to
advise th~s Board or1 the county justice system needs, and
WflET2EAS, the application for s~a~e subven~ion has been prepared and
approved by the County Jus~ice System Advisory Group, and
WIIEI2EAS, the County Jns~fce Sy~stem Advisory Group has recommended a
revision to thaE application~ and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has reviewed and considered the
application together wi~h the proposed re^vision.
NOW, ~REFORE, be it reso~ved by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that the County Justice System Subvention Program application revision, as
prepared,and approved by ~he.County Justice System Advisory Group, is approved
and adopted.
Passed and adopted this 13t~ day of Februpry 1979~ by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisars Dolan~ 1Vbseley, Wf~eeler, and Chairman Lemke
PFOES : None .
ABSENT: Supervisor Winston
