for the purpose of' estab7ish~iszg fai.r max~ket value ~or certain specified properties.

Couiity Cornmunity Aevelapment Program to acquire that certain real
property descra.bed as Assessors Parce7. Number 35-7-61~ 2, and
located at 2l+57 ~~-gin Street~ saifl property being owned by
Carol A. Reed.
2. 2'he Board hereby estabiishes the sum of $31i.,,500 (Fo~arteen thousand
fi•ve hundred dollars)~ as fair market value and just compensation
