NOW~ THEBEFpRE, ~E IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supex~visors of the County
of Butte that:

Count~r Comnnznity Develo~xnent program ta aequire that cez tain x~eal
property 8escri.bed as Assessors Parce~. N~amber 35-161~-9, and
loeated at 2580 F`t. Wayne Street, sai.d property being owned by
Rosario M. B1anco.
2. The Board hereby establishes the sum::of $17,500 (seventeen thousand
five hundred dollars), as fair market value and just compensation for
the subjeet property.
