through the direct county acquisition and rehabilitation of real propert~r, and

Dolan, Jr. , dated March 6, 1979, in accordance ~th federa7_ and s-~ate regulations,
~'or the purpose o~ estab3ishing fai.r market val.v.e for certain specified properties.
NOW~ 7iiERE~RE~ BE ZT RESOLUED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Bu~Ete ~hat:
l. The Board determ~nes it to be 3n tne bes~ interest of the Butte
County Commiu~3.ty Development Program to acquire that certain real
property described as Assessors Parcel Number 35-167-1q, and
located at 2~1~3 F`t. Wayne S~Z'EE~~ said property being owned by
Rober~ E. Donnelly.
2. The Board hereby establishes the sLUn of $11~500 (eleven thousand
five hundred dollars)} as fair market value and just compensation
for the subject property.
