Williams, dated Februar~r 28, 1979, i,xi accordazxce ~a~.th federal and state regulations~ for the purpose of establislv.ng fair marke~ value f'or certain speci#`ied properties. NOW~ THEREFbRE~ BE IT RESOLUED by ~he Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte that: 1.. The Board determiaes it to be in the best interest of the Su~Ete Eounty Communit~r Development Program to acquire that certain real property d.escribed as Assessors ParceZ Number l~b-13-6--010~ and located at 777 Virginia Street~ sai.d property beax~ owned by Ntari7.,yr- A. Feneis. 2. The Board hereby es~tab].i.shes the sum of $20~500 (twenty thousand five hundred dollars)~ as fair market value and just compensa~ion for ~the subject proper~y.
