Wf'~AS, the County has received an appraisal report .from Joseph E.
WiZliams, dated February 28, 19'j~, in accordance tiaith federal and sta~e regula~ions,
for the purpose o.f establishing fair market value for certai.n specified propertie5
NOW~ Zi-IEREF~DR~~ BE TT i~.ESOLUED by the Board of Su}~rv3.sors of the County
of Butte that:
1. The Board determines it to be in the best i.nterest o~' the ~.itte
County Communa.ty Ilevelopmen.t Pzogram to acquire tha~ certain real
property descxibed as Assessors Parcel I3umber 46-13-9-2, a.nd
located at 779 and 783 California Street, said property bei.ng
ovmed by Raymond R. DaYis.
2. The Board hereby establishes ~the sum of $20,000 (twenty thousand
dollars), as ~air ma.rket value and just compensation for the
subject property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 20th
