The Board determines it to be in the best i.nterest o~' the ~.itte County Communa.ty Ilevelopmen.t Pzogram to acquire tha~ certain real property descxibed as Assessors Parcel I3umber 46-13-9-2, a.nd located at 779 and 783 California Street, said property bei.ng ovmed by Raymond R. DaYis. 2. The Board hereby establishes ~the sum of $20,000 (twenty thousand dollars), as ~air ma.rket value and just compensation for the subject property.
