McEnespy and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to GovernmenC Code §§50440, et sec~.,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on ~he petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Soard of Supervisors:
l. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on May 1 , 1979, at ~_n,~~ ~.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the following
described easement:
All that certain three-foot public uti~ity easement
lying within Lot 15 of the Shasta Es~ates Subdivision
as recorded in the County of Butte, State o£ Cali~ornia
in Book 58 Maps of Record at Pages 49 and 50 and being
more particularl.y described as follows:
That three-toot public utility easement lying adjacent
to and southeasterly ot the following described line:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot I5 above
said subdivision; thence `S 29° 4B' 46" W a distance
of 135.01 feet to the end of the Y~.ereindescribed line.
2. ~h.at this Resolutzon be posted and publi.shed puxsuant
to the p~ovisions of Govex~nment Code §§50440 and 50441.
