NOW, TH~liEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
l, That this Board hereby gives notice that ae i~s
regular meeting on 3:May 1 , I979, at 10:00 a•m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administra~ion Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha7.1 be held on th.e abandonment of the
following described easement:
Being a six-foot pub~.ic utility easement as shown in
the Brentwood Subc~ivision recorded in Book 58 at Pages
71 and 72 Maps of Record in Sutte County, State of
California, more parricularly descri.bed as follows:
Six-foot PubZic Utility Easement li.es three feet on
each side of the following described 1ine:
Seginning at the northeast corner of Lot 12 of' said
subdivision; thence S 52° 14' 46" W a distance of I35
feet to ~he northwest corner o.f saa.d Lot 12 and the end
ot ~his description.
Excepting therefrom the northeasterJ.y ten ~eet thereof.
2. That this Resolutian be posted and publ.ished pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
