R.ESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMIN~STRATIVE
Ok~'zCER TO SUBNIIT A F03i.MAL OFFFaR. TO ACQUIRE F~L
PROPERTY AND EXECUTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT - P~AYMOND R. DAVTS
WET~REAS, The County of Butte is conducting a neighborhood impracrement
program. in the Chapmantown community, among the purposes of which are the el~nination
o~ blight and the stimula~ion of residential rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the Gounty has de~ermined that certain parcels identified in the
aforesaid neighborhood may be brought into compliance with County objectives only
through direct county acquisition and rehabilitation of real property; and
~R~AS, the Coun~y has established. just compensation based upon an apprazsal
report from Joseph E. Will~ams, dated February 2g, 1979, in acc'ordance with fecleral
and state regulations, ',

agreemexzt £or said propexty on behalf of the County of Bu~te, in an asnount not
to exceed ~2a,000 (Twenty thousand do1.7.axs). '
