RESOLUTIOI3 ABANDONTNG A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMEI~T
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of SuperYrisors of the Coun~y of Butte, State of California,
~~ ~Y ~ , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Galifornia, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said
Abandon.tnent was duly an.d regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and e~cridence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
herei~nafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
pxesent or prospective publzc use. ',
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERESY ORDERED as'follnws:
l. That the public utility easement situated in t~e County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinatter more'particularly
described is hereby ai~andoned. '
2. Tl~.at the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being a six-foot public utility easement as sho~an in
the Brentwood Subdivision recorded a.n Book 58 at Pages
71 and 72 Maps of Record in Butte County', S~ate of
California, more particularly descxibed as follows:
Six-foot Public Utility Easement 1i.es three feet on
each side of the follouring described Iine:
Seginnin,g at the northeas~ corner of Lot'~.2 of said
subdiviszon; thence S 52° 14' 46" W a distance of 135
feet to the northwest corner of said Lot' 12 arzd the ered
of this description. ',
Excepting therefrom the northeasterlq ten feet thereof. m"
