Administration Build~.ng, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board tha~ a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of sa~d
Abandonment was duly and reguLarly given as required by Ia~r, and
testimony and evidence, both. oral and documentary,, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds thar the
hereinafter descr~bed Public U~ility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use. '
NOW, THEREFORE, IT TS HEREBY ORDERED as foZlows:
1. Thar the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereina.fter more particul.arly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. ~'hat the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, S~ate of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
A11 ~hat certai.n three-foot public utility easement
lying within Lo~ 15 of the Shasta Estates Subdivision
as recorded in the County of Butte, S~ate of Cala.fornia
in Book 58 Maps of Record at Pages 49 and 50 and being
more particularly described as follows: '
That three-foot public utility easement lying adjacent
to and southeasterly of the following described line:
Begi.nning a~ the most easterly corner oflT..ot 15 above
said subdivision; ~hence S 29° 4B' 46" W!a distance
of I35.01 teet to the end of the hereindescribed line. ~.+
