FIRE PRO~ECTION AN~ AUTHORIZING THE CNAIRMAN TO SIG~ CONTRACT WHEN APPROUED
BE IT RESOLUED that the Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte
hereby intends to contract for fire protection services 6etween the County of
Butte and the State ~epartment of Forestry and hereby intends to contract for
fire protection services in the 197~-80 fiscal year be~ween ~he County of Butte
and the State Department of Forestry. '
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that when the f~re con~ract 6etween the
County of Bu~~e and ~he Depar~ment of Forestry is approved by this Board, that
the Chair~an is hereby author9z~d to execute same. '
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
