RESOLUTION GIVII~TG NOTICE OF HEAP.ING ON PETITION
TO ABANDON PUSLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
t~7H~R~AS, this Board has received a petit',ion from Lavern A.
Hadley and athers requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and '
WI3EREAS, pursuant to Governm.ent Code §§5'',0440, e~ seg. ,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the g,etition for
abandonment. '
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Bo',ard of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice'that at its
reguZar meeting on June 26 , 1979, 'at 10:00 a.m. ,
in the Board Chambers, ButCe County Administratiori Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shali be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement: ',
That certain IO-foot public utility easement lying
within Lot 6b of Paradise Pines Uni.t I3o.' 5 as shown
on the subdivision recorded on August 20, 1970,
recorded in Sook 35 I~aps of Record at Pages 88
through 91 in the County of Butte, State of California,
bea.ng mo~e paxticul.arly described as follows:
Begin.n~.ng at the most easterly corner of said Lot 66;
thence S 24°59'48" W 117.36 feet; thence N 61°51'45"
W 10 feet; thence N 24°29'48" ~ 1ll.36 feet to the
southwesterly ra.ght of way of Bethany Ci:rcle; thence
S 55°41'01" E along said right of way line to the point
of begi.nning. ,
2. That this Resolution be posted and gublished pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
