RESOLUTION GIVING NOTIC~ OF ETEA1tING ON PETIT~ON
TO ABAi~TDON PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
WHEREAS, tliis Board has received a petition from Alex F.
and others requesCing ~he abandonment of a pubZic utiZity
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuanf tio Governmen~ C-~ode §§50440, et se .,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment. '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES4LVED 'by ~he Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives natice',~hat ar its
regul.ar meeting on June 26 ~ 1979, at in; on a•~• ,~-n
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration BuiZdi.ng, Oroville,
California, a hearing shaZ1 be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement: ',
Being two 10-foot-wide public utility easements on
Lot 9 of Paradise Pines iinit No. 4 as said easements
are shotan. upon the map filed for record'in Sook 35
of Record Maps at pages 97, 98, 99, ~00'and 101,
Butte County Records, more particularly''described
as fo~.iows : '
1. A strip of land of t~.e uniform wid~h ofi 10 ~ee~
lying contiguous to and westerly of'the easterl.y
boundary line of said Lot 9 and run.n.ing from the
southerly boundary line o~ said Lot',9, N 13°~3'39"
E 128.10 feet to the northerly boundary line of
said T~ot 9. Excepting therefrom the northerly 25
feet thereof. '
