NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b~ the Board of Supervisors:
l. That rhis Board hereby gives notice',that at its
regular meeting on June 26 , 1979, at 10;00 a.m., in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
Cali~ornia, a hearing sha11 be he~d on the abandonrnent of the
following described easement: '
All those certain easements designated as public
utility easements lying within the boundary lines
of Lot 159 Paradise Pines Subdivision Unit No. 4,
more particu~arly described as tollows:',
Being that 12-~oot easement lying ad~acent to and
northeasterly of the southwesterly line'o£ Lot 159
and ~hat 10-foot easement ~ying adjacent to and
nor~hwesterly of the southeasterly line'of ~ot 159
o~ said subdivision as recorded in Sook'35 at Pages
97 through 101, County of Butte, State o~ California.
2. That this Resolution be pasted and publzshed pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 5044Z.
