ar~d encouraged develop~nent of the ]3utte County Housin~ Authorit}~

WI-IERLAS, the dedicated public sertrice oi Red Melton has ~
be~n instrumental in meeting the acute housing needs of qua.li~ied
indivi_duals within Butte County; and

ciatian for the efforts of Red Melton.
