OFFTCER TO SUBMIT A FflRMAL OFFER TO ACQUIR~ REAL
PROPERTY RND EXECUTE PURCHASE AGREEM~~T - ROBERT E. llONNELLY
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is conduct9ng a neighborhood improvement
program in the E1 Medio communi~y, among the purposes of which are the elimination
of blight and the stimuTation of residential rehabilitation; and
WNEREAS, the County has determined that certain parcels identified in the
aforesaid neighborhood may be brought into compliance with County obJectives only
through direct county acquisition and rehab3litation of real property; and
WHEREAS, ~he County has established just compensation based upon an
appraisal report from 4Jilliam H. P. Dolan, Jr., dated March 6, 1979, in accordance
with federal and state regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the County of Butte Board of Supervisors
that:
1. The County Administrative Office is authorized to submit a formal
offer to acquire real proper~y described as Assessor's Parcel #35-16-7-19 and
located at 2543 Fort Wayne S~reet, Oroville, said property being owned by
Robert E. Donnelly.
2. The Caunty Administrative Officer is authorized to ex~cute a
purchase agreement for said property on behalf of the County of But~e, in an
amount not to exceed $11,500 (Eleven thousand five hundred dollars).
PASS~D pND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 29th
day of May , 1979, by the following vote:
