RESOLUTIpN ACCEPTFNG REPORT '
AND SETTING HEARTNG OF PROTESTS
CLARK ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 2
The Board of Supervisors af the County of Bu'tte
resolves:
1. A't the direction o£ this Board, CLAY CASTL~BERRY,
Directar of Pvblic Works, ~ng~neer of Work for improvement
pcoceedings in Clark Road Assessmen~. Di.stri.ct No. 2, County o~
Butte, State of California, has fi].ed with tne County Clerk the
report descr~bed in Section 14244 of th~ St~eets and I~ic~hways
Cade (Munic~pal Improvement Act o~ ~513). This Board accepts the
report without modification, far tne purpose of conc~ucting a
hearing of protests to ~he i.mprovements described in the report.
2. This Board sets 17.:15 A.M..on July 14, ~979, in
the Chamb~rs of the Board of Supervisors at }~859 Bird, Oroville,
Califarnia, as the time and place for hearing prot~st~s to the
proposed improv~ments. '
3. The County C~,erk is clirected ~.a publish, past anc~
mail the na~ices of improvement required by tk~e Municipal
Improve~ent Act o~ 1913, and to file an af~idav~.~ of compliance.
The notice sl~all be publishec~ ~n the PARADIS~ POST. .
